Lot Reservation List & The Lottery

To ensure that the lot selection process is equitable, we will be doing a tier-based lottery at Bradley Ridge. Tiers will be based on the order of submission of the Lot Reservation Form, the form can be found below. In addition to completing the Lot Reservation Form; a 100% refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your position in the lottery. Checks can either be mailed or dropped off at our sales office. Upon completion of the Lot Reservation Form, you will receive an email with more specific instructions in regards to the deposit.

What to expect at the Lot Selection Lottery:

  • Tiers will be determined beforehand by evenly distributing participants into 4-8 tiers of 20-30 people but this is dependent on the number of Lot Reservation Forms received. 

    • Being the first person to submit your Lot Reservation Form does not guarantee that you will have the first pick in the Lottery but increases your chances and will put you in Tier One.

  • The names of those in Tier One will be drawn at random and this will determine the Lottery order. ​

  • Participants will be allotted 3 minutes to make a choice of lot.

  • Once Tier One is complete, we will move to Tier Two and the process will continue until all participants have had the chance to chose their lot. 

Although there are no bad lots at Bradley Ridge, tiers will be based on the order of submission of the Lot Reservation Form. If you would like to have a better chance in the Lottery, filling out the Lot Reservation Form earlier will help your position. 

Add a Title

  • This is up to the discretion of the development team. Our team takes the number of participants and distrubutes them into tiers as evenly as possible.

    For example: 200 people join the Lot Reservation List before the first lottery. Our team would create 8 tiers with 25 participants in each. Upon completion of the tiers, we will select names at random to determine the order of the Lottery. 

  • You are not required to purchase a lot after you join the Lot Selection List. Forgoing your opportunity in this first Lottery will simply mean that you will be eligible for future lotteries. At those future lotteries, we will reassign Tiers and that again will be based off of the order of submission of the Lot Reservation Form. If you are the 40th person to join the Lot Reservation List and 35 people before you chose a lot, you would become the 5th person in line which would increase your chances of being in Tier One of the Second Lottery. 

  • As a member of the Lot Reservation List at Holliday Farms you do have the opportunity to join the Lot Reservation List. Please ensure that you click the checkbox in the form below to indicate that you have already paid your $500 deposit to Holliday Farms. You will not be required to pay an additional deposit but your position in the Lot Reservation List will change. Your position will be based on the order of completion of the Bradley Ridge Lot Reservation Form.

  • Builders are included in the Lot Lottery. Their position is based off of a multitude of requirements that has been set by the development team. 

  • Although we can not determine the exact number of Lotteries that will be held. There will be up to 5 sections in Bradley Ridge.

Thank you for your interest in Bradley Ridge. Upon completing this form, you will be assigned to a tier of the lottery & you will receive an email with payment instructions. Once your check is received, your payment confirmation & tier assignment will be sent to you via email.
